Full Stack .NET Developer

Full-time | Great Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)

 

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Full Stack .NET Developer to join our dynamic IT team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications that power Landcor's data-driven solutions. This position will replace a senior developer role and will require the ability to take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
  • Build and enhance APIs (REST and SOAP) that integrate with internal systems and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality code.
  • Maintain and optimize existing codebase using MVC architecture.
  • Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform database tuning on MS SQL Server.
  • Support and extend Azure-based infrastructure components, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Storage.
  • Use Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project management.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
  • Ensure application security, reliability, and performance are aligned with business standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on Microsoft stack.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Strong experience building RESTful APIs and familiarity with SOAP-based services.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL, performance tuning, and SSMS.
  • Experience with SSRS, SSIS.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Storage Accounts.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, builds, and deployments.
  • Familiarity with Git, agile development practices, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and API security.
  • Knowledge of the BC real estate or financial services industry is an asset.

Compensation & Workplace Commitment
