A New Westminster-based company is offering consumers and realtors an online approach to timely information about the true value of B.C. homes and properties.
Landcor Data Corporation has launched a Web site that provides property information, valuation and statistical analysis. The information on the site is based on assessment data from BC Assessment and other private sources, Rudy Nielsen, company president, said in a press release. Site fees start at $5.95. The new service offers information on 1.6 million B.C. homes and properties at competitive prices.
The site enables users to quickly search a property and receive a `property profiler'' report, including its assessed value, lot size, finished area, year built, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, information on the last four sales and a graph of nearby sales. Our service provides a fast, highly accurate way of valuing and analyzing properties throughout British Columbia without having to spend a lot of time and money,'' Nielsen said.
