Landcor Data Corporation has launched a new online service providing up-to-date information based on assessment data from British Columbia Assessment and other private sources.
The assessed values and related historical data for more than 1.6 million homes and properties in BC are now available through this new service.
“No other system in North America offers such high quality valuations for residential properties in such a wide market area,” says Stan Hamilton, a professor of urban land economics and senior associate dean, faculty of commerce and business administration at the University of British Columbia.
The Landcor service lets users quickly search a property and receive a profile report that includes the assessed value, the lot size, the finished area, the year built, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the last four sales, an updated graph of neighborhood sales and other information.
